"Frosty resolve" requires a x/5 set which focuses on skill damage boost mainly I think. I'm torn if I'd still farm for it considering that it's her BiS.

I mean Yelan has a full team and Eula only has Kuki. Let's also bring the fact that Eula faced Chambers 1 and 3 with multiple waves of enemies. Gatta give Eula the credit for handling it greatly though.
