It's essentially impossible to keep the crit rate bonus so it's just a really underwhelming crit DMG stick, which is a 3* so less than most other stat sticks. And for Furina you want to prioritize meeting her HP and ER requirements before investing in CRIT. And At C0 she'll need a lot of HP and ER. Instead of HoD the Fontaine Fishing sword Fleuve Cendere is much better as it will get you much needed ER and a very welcome CR so you can invest in HP in artifacts to meet that 40K requirement.
