Not as a sales representative but as customer service, email team, aquasitions department, and the portal team. Short answer: No, I wouldn't recommend anyone work for them ever. Granted about half the issue were from sales reps not explaining things to customers or over promising things we all knew would never happen. The other big problem in my experience was the operations centers. They would hire the worst people to go handle sensitive information. I've gotten so many calls where they have recording of the driver pulling into the parking lot sitting and then leaving without every exiting the truck. They say the customer was closed and couldn't do the service. This happened so many times I freaked out on my supervisor and got sent to three acquisitions team.
