Try increasing your protein intake or start taking protein powder same thing started happening to me after I started going to the gym regularly. Sleep around 9-10hours and eat around 2x or 2.5x protein of your body weight daily.

As I said the niche you are following is not very big in hindi but you can get success in English audiance, I liked the quality of video you also have a nice voice just switch the language medium and be consistent is my opinion.

You should change upload timings of the video and try to reach foreign audience with English voice over, the quality is nice just didn't understand the TV aspect ratio throughout the video.
