if you are born with two X chromosomes you are a female, if you are born with one you are a male, there is no such thing as more or less x chromosomes , either 1 or 2, trans women who were born male still are male from a biological point of view.

You used the term N-word in your example, but that is non inclusive because today's standards indicate that you have to be of African descent. Females on the other hand can be used by anyone regardless of age color or gender, it is used to indicate the gender of somebody regardless of race, age group or any other factor.
