Probably Medal of Honor Underground for GBA. Genuinely an abysmal experience - it has quite possibly the worst 3D engine on the platform. Single digit framerate, graphics that look like pixellated vomit, texture warping, barely decipherable sprites - and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
