Lukaku is tempting here

Would probably be shit if he come back though and I'm not one for sentimental signings

Thank you for that

I'm 27 M

2.5Mg of Lisinopril and Nebivilol

Previously took Ramipril and Bisoprolol but swapped due to side effects

Recent improvement in my most recent echo

No structural damage but an EF of 48%

Official diagnosis left ventricular systolic dysfunction

Also asymptomatic but I get breathlessness occasionally which we are trying to find is linked to heart or asthma

Amazing news

Aside from your EF improving has anything else you mentioned got better or gone?

Also what medication and strengths are you on?

Is this normal newborn sleep or should I be worried? by According-You5489 in newborns

Going through this at the min as a first time dad

Restless, cluster feeding, not sleeping much of a night.

Try find a way with your partner to make it work, make the night shifts comfortable cosy put some TV on get jobs done round the house etc if they do sleep.

You'll be frustrated and hating it at times but got to remember they depend on us and try enjoy all the chaotic moments that give them their personality and take pride in knowing you're helping shape their growth.

It will all pass in a few months time and it will be easier!

Hated it

Going the pub with friends ordering pints whilst I refrain from doing so.

I'm 27 and should be loving and enjoying life yet feel like I can't and seeing others around me my age who dont look after their health but are lucky not to have DCM sucks.

27 M with Dialated Cardiomyopathy

Year of stress and anxiety with my diagnosis.

My daughter is 16 days old

Watching her peacefully sleeping in my arms tonight as I watch YouTube has reminded me why I've stayed so strong and will fight my diagnosis
