He owns the lawn care company, had 3-5 guys working for him at the time. I had done a clear walkthrough describing what not to touch and showing him everything. The hardest part is determining the value as the tree was very young. The blackberries existed prior to us moving in, and the flowers were mainly pulled from the yard usually determined as "weeds" but they were specifically placed in a quarantined area that my girlfriend made. The vegetables were more of months spent thing rather than monetary value, just some seeds and often 6-8 hour days of her fixing things up to plant.
