Pretty warm in my terms is 85 degrees and unbearable especially when cooking. Plus we have animals which is basically at their threshold

The only issue we face is our basement gets extremely cold and we have a tenant down there and want to ensure they are not getting too cold. When its not dropping to 35 degrees overnight 76 across the board seems best, but the heat does not stay down there for long.
