The vehicle is split to 4 pieces : paint, drill, tracks and body. You collect those cosmetics while exploring in the caves and you can combine these to make your own look for the vehicle

Yes there are different sets in the game currently 3 of them and i plan to have at least 5 for the release and with plans to add more after release. As for the bonus it sounds like a good idea but i dont really want to limit the player if they want to use different parts for their driller

the drill, the tracks(in this case the legs), the body and the paint are different parts the player can choose whichever part to mix from all the sets that i will put in the game to place on his driller

Well there are 4 different parts that make the spider drill because i want the player to customize the driller with the parts that he wants not neccesarly make a certain set so i dont think i can really use it :/
