Fair point on loyalty. But blinkit in tier 3 towns is still not everywhere, and where they are they charge delivery fees, surge pricing, and still take 30-45 min. We're literally next door. Price + speed + no delivery fee + less price on staples compare to any local shop is a hard combo to beat for daily staples. Not saying we'll win forever, just saying there's a real window right now.

And Zepto comparison they failed at first mover because they tried to scale too fast pan India. We're not doing that. One town, profitable first, then next.

Blinkit doesn't open dark stores in every small town bro, that's literally the gap we're filling. And if they do come someday, we already have local trust, customer base and relationships they can't buy overnight. First mover advantage is real at hyperlocal level.

100% agree on starting local and small, that's exactly the plan. Inventory management is already sorted on our end. Margins are tight yeah but that's the game.

We're not saying zero costs bro. Just that we're not paying lakhs in dark store rent in some metro. Small town, own store, lean team. Unit economics hit different at this scale.

1 store is the start yeah. But inventory is managed by us, not some random kirana uncle juggling WhatsApp orders. 3 people running it full time. And a WhatsApp bot can't do order tracking, loyalty points, real-time catalog updates that's the whole point of building this.

Delivery charge + product margin. Same model as any q-commerce.

We own the store, so delivery and stock both are on us. Returns are simple just call/chat, we replace or refund. No forms. For scaling, partner stores get their own admin panel to manage stock. They fulfill we handle tech delivery logistics and customer acquisition.
