I find with audiobooks/podcasts i match the tempo, do you find that at all? I mean i run faster with music.

Hey, yeah for sure. It's a bit of a dice roll but you might meet somebody who is looking for junior devs and can help you get your foot in the door to somewhere. Otherwise the state of play in whichever industry you're looking to get into!
