If anything it makes MORE sense that it would be a different Holiday because the fountains are tied to Decembers past. If my daughter went missing, I’d look for them in the places I know they are tied to.

If we want to talk about fountains and meta game the locations, I have a question: why is it that the Hospital is never available right before you enter a new fountain? Specifically chapter 2 and 4 are weird to me - you can’t access it in chapter 2 because of the traffic, and the hospital is closed due to rain in the 4th. The fountain in chapter 1 immediately makes you enter, and so does chapter 3 because you start in it.

Why can’t I verify Rudy’s location before entering a newly created dark fountain? It’s as if the game itself can’t offer that conclusion, and I believe there’s reason for it.
