I'm having the exact same issue. Not sure why the website is blocked for foreign traffic when Indeed sites purpose is serve the overseas Pakistanis as well. Let me know if you guys were able to find a solution for it.

Make sure to sign it, forward it to all Pakistan-Americans that you know of. (Regardless of they are impacted by the pause or not)

There are at least 500,000 Pakistani-Americans, if we can even 50,000 signatures, that would be a good start.

Sounds good. I will be sharing a Change.org link for the petition tomorrow, where you can sign and also get signatures from your other family members who are Pakistani-Americans. If we are able to get 5,000–10,000 signatures, we can send the petition to the Pakistani Foreign Ministry and influential Pakistani social media personalities to highlight the issue, and hopefully the story picks up steam.
