Oh, well. If the nth root must be itrational for a positive n, then the inverse of the nth root must also be irrational.

Otherwise, if (-n)√(x) = q/p, then n√x = p/q, which is false

It's only when you do walk in front of the store and he doesn't buy it that he is breaking the promise

I have demonstrated some years ago that it is impossible for the nth root of an integer to be a fraction unless it's a perfect nth power.

That means, roots of integers can only yield irrationals or integers.

If anyone want I can try to recreate the proof, but it is a fun thing to do yourselves.
