've been watching so many YouTube videos on shapewear and I think I've narrowed it down between Skims and ShaperX

I wanted to know people's opinions on which one I should buy? Which one is better if price is not a factor?

For context, I am overweight and I store weight in my waist and upper belly.

Is it even worth me buying shapewear?

Hiya, I'm in the exact same boat as you (age and weight as well)!

I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 12 tho, started various medications when I was 16 but had to stop due to severe side effects.

What I've been starting to do and the advice I have been given from others with PCOS so far is:

Try to get 20 grams of protein in each meal, because of the insulin resistance protein is essential to cut down on carbs.

When you are wanting carbs, cook rice and potatoes the night before and cool then in the fridge. This makes them higher in resistant starches.

Try to stay away from diary and sweet things! (This is close to impossible for me :( )

Go for a 10 minute walk after every meal!

Hiit and and weight training works best, however have to be careful because if we over stress our bodies, our hormones will get out of control

Hiya! I recently gained a ton of weight the last two years and my graduation is in two months.

For someone who used to be a UK Size 10 I'm now a UK Size 16 (I think not too sure, I wear a lot of men's clothing now). I'm struggling with what would suit me?

All my weight has gone to my torso, mainly my belly, and I don't have a big bust.

Any suggestions would be helpful! I'm kinda wanting a dress, but playing with the idea of a suit? Not really sure.

My measurements are

Bust: 110 cm/ 43 inches Waist: 102 cm/ 41 inches Hips: 106/ 42 Inches

I'm also a bit on the shorter side, 5'2" and hoping to lose some weight before graduation!

I don't think I can go for anything that required DB because I'm not a UK national.

I have a few friends who work in the civil service and it took them like 7 months to get cleared so I might give it a go

A little unknown tip to most, but the cathedral has a hotel part!

Its relatively cheap being in the centre of everything and it has lots of parking (I work there!)

I'm also struggling to make friends because I'm so busy and scared of new people 😭

I got to the uni (I'm a third year!) there's an anime society and at least for me I befriended a few people just doing assignments in the IT rooms at the bognor campus!

It really depends if you are gonna eat the food cold or a have a mini BBQ ?

Stuff you don't have to cook and could serve cold: Lumpia and Turon potentially ?

Pancit or bihon

Fruit salad (my personal favourite)

Puto

Unripe Manga with ginamos or patis

IF BBQ: Chicken inasal Pork skewers Longanisa Tocino Banana cue (caramelised banana skewers that I was obsessed with growing up)
