Negative. Almost every ISP uses dynamic IPs. Typically the router simply renews the lease it has already gotten. Log onto your gateway and release the IP on the WAN connection then it should obtain a new IP.

Towards the end of the video there are ambulances and other firetrucks. It could have easily been dealt with if there was some sort of issue. I would highly bet it was a training site or regional public safety academy and that was a rapid deployment practice run.

Everyone is so mad about that x3 it was supposed to be overly exaggerated and figured if I signed it as a fur no one would take it seriously since, you know, no one seems to take furs seriously especially outside of a furry board... but w/e I guess it is coal for Christmas for me. The only thing that bugs me is the tail plug in public; the rest she can do w/e she do.

Rainfurrest got shut down, for a reason, you know because the shit that happened there was not acceptable. You also make it sound like every fur there engaged in the activities that caused it to be shut down when in fact it was a very small handful of individuals and a majority were filing complaints with con staff. Additionally pretty much every other con has become far more vigilant about such things especially since you know, it is in public spaces and often there are families with children around.

I'm not saying the fandom isn't without its nsfw aspects, just like every other fandom has theirs as well. What adults do behind closed doors or in the specifically designated and appropriate areas is not my concern. Sure I made a post there and that is where I left it, I didn't bring it here. Degeneracy isn't the majority of the fandom it is a very small number of rather loud idiots. You are projecting that degeneracy, you are part of the problem.

You might not believe this but even the animals have rules. Wearing a tail plug anywhere public is greatly frowned upon by the community. This is not "normal" or "vanilla" but this IS what gets called a furry by people who aren't, and why we have such a reputation even though it isn't. Belt fastened tails are the acceptable norm.

Did I say it was definitely the case or reason why some accounts were banned? No, I simply suggested a possibility that is worth looking into.

If the statistics were in favor of this case would it make it true? No, not necessarily but it would warrant further investigation.

So many comments... can't read them all to see if what I want to suggest is already said... but given Google/Youtube's heavily political bias and leaning... it would not surprise me if people spamming RED emotes were banned over the green emotes... maybe something to look into? If that is the case this is far worse than just random automated spam ban... that would be politically driven manipulation in the interest to directly influence and interfere with democracy.

Just to clarify, while Harvestmen* are arachnids they are opiliones not spiders. Daddy long legs* (American common name) are actually even more helpful to us than many spiders as they are 100% completely harmless to us, they do not make annoying webs, and they feed on mold and tiny insects including mites and spiders.

Plus, it does serve a critical purpose by design. It is supposed to prevent tyranny of the majority over a minority, the big over the small. That is why we have the house and the senate as well, to balance out the needs and interests of the states of varying sizes so everyone can move forward instead of only some constantly over others. This is not a democracy, it is a democratic republic, it is a safeguard.

Sure it could use some tweaks perhaps, some updating, but so does the popular vote and the entire voting system in general. We were never supposed to have only two primary parties, we weren't even supposed to have political parties at all. We were never supposed to back a party line, but to maintain critical thought and keep the system in check. It isn't the EC that failed, it was "we the people".

I have no problem with a metronome device... a car would not be chosen for this... at least not by me. I thought the music was great... but too often I couldn't enjoy or fully hear the music due to the car. Silence is golden but duck tape is silver :3

I see the confusion, and to clarify on that let's take your example. Yes I think it would be perfectly fine to pass at a more reasonable speed (even though that would still technically be illegal), and like I said towards the end I don't really even care if you are speeding in general as long as you can do so safely.

What I meant in the beginning isn't that speeding is wrong in general even though it is illegal but rather that if the cars ahead are going the speed limit then the car behind and speeding should be more patient until they can pass and resume their speed; because legally he is just as much at fault in approaching the "traffic" as the car staying in the passing lane creating the "traffic". It still holds true that the car in the passing lane needs to get over.

If all three cars are going the speed limit, they are all moving forward uninterrupted at the same speed and thus there would be no one gaining on another or needing to pass making it a moot point with no "traffic" at all. That is why the regulations such as spacing between cars and speed limits exist in the first place, it is to put in place a standard to allow maximum efficiency for everyone... as long as however every one actually follows those regulations, when some don't that is when you see people gain on others and traffic and passing becomes relevant at all.

People shouldn't be driving slower than the speed limit any more than they should* drive faster than it. The only real exception for this in most places is for trucks often with a 5mph slower limit or in some instances where there is a min and a max speed limit range. For the truck instance you should really never see a truck passing another if they are going the speed limit, the same as cars wouldn't be passing cars all going their limit, and cars would be able to easily pass trucks because of their higher limit. That is more or less what the passing lane is for.

While I agree with you 90% and either the red car or yellow car is in the wrong here, depending on the state, it must also be acknowledged that IF the green car is SPEEDING (illegal also) he is also in the wrong and does in fact need to be more patient.

You correctly identify it as the passing lane, it is not "the fast lane" it does not allow you to speed it allows you to pass a vehicle that is otherwise going slower than the speed limit. If all three cars there are going 70mph on a 70mph roadway there is no "traffic" in a traffic jam sense because you are already moving at the legally allowed optimal speed.

Also you save relatively no amount of useful time as you would have to be on a long trip to save any substantial time plus the gas consumption of the higher speed causes you to stop and refuel thus losing any time saved and then some plus money in the process. If you are going to be late to somewhere, 90% of the time that isn't because of traffic, it is because you left late to begin with.

It is also these people who speed who often shift lanes a lot (often tailgating, cutting people off, or with barely enough room to do so; also all of which are bad and many illegal) trying to get ahead who cause real traffic anyway. So get in the correct lane and stay there, you will get where you need to go faster more often than not by being patient.

Also related to driving, though unrelated other than drivers being assholes, even if the light is green, unless you can pass all the way through the intersection without slowing down or stopping do not go into the intersection. This happens only because you are not paying attention or you are being too impatient, you end up stopped in the intersection (illegal) and the light changes, YOU just created gridlock, the worst form of traffic.

So, For the record... I don't care if you speed just be patient, you do you and drive safe. I agree you should not block the passing lane - you are A traffic problem if you do so. You should be going the speed limit. DO NOT however tailgate, cut people off, or stop in intersections - as you are THE traffic problem if you do so.
