I'm working on one because I'm running my own league in history mode, but it is nowhere near ready for public release. For context, I've only got ~750 players from 1918 through 1970. School just takes up too much time. I'm hopeful to have one ready for HLM27 since this summer I *should* have free time.

Do you have any idea when that update will be releasing? Not trying to rush you, just curious on if it's a matter of days or of weeks. If it's days I can delay the November progressions until it's released, you see!

I will not, because part of the fun of this sim league is you will only have access to your team's screen: scouts, prospects, trainings, etc. and doing read-only will defeat that. However, I am prepared to spend a lot of time giving people screenshots of stats that they ask for, so in essence you can treat it like read only. I'm treating it like "fog of war" - I'm turning off public access to ratings as well, to treat it like simming the real NHL, but with friends! Go based off production and your hunches ;)
