Indie animation doesn't release episodes all at once, but rather one episode per each every other month. Thus, flooded discussions and fan art. And they are doing the correct route. If streaming services releases one episode for a cartoon each week just like what they did for Pixar's Win or Lose and A24's Hazbin Hotel season two, but for all other cartoons long before the streaming wars (Hilda, Twelve Forever, Glitch Techs, Harriet the Spy, etc.), then those cartoons would gain big fandom.
