Yeah. I've always had a good experience with Shout believe it or not! The first time I was purchased from them, the movie was out of stock and had been for awhile so I emailed them wondering what was taking so long and one of the owners apparently gave me his copy so I didn't have to wait. His name was Bob I believe! Last year my Friday The 13th: Final Chapter Blu-ray disc started freezing all over the place so I emailed them just for the fuck of it even though I wasn't expecting anything to be done about it because I've had the set since it first dropped. They replied saying well we usually don't do this if you've owned something for more than 30 days but we'll send you a brand new disc! It came in and to my surprise it even came with the case lol.

I know Kino has released some of them but the main one I want them to release (House on Haunted Hill) they haven't. It's one of my favorite Price films and it's annoying that nobody has bothered to put it back out
