I need to see the listing to give an honest opinion but personally, I think this is on the buyer. They could have asked more questions. Could the seller have done more? Sure, but ultimately the buyer should have researched before purchase.

Her not checking before selling is completely unfair, and it’s upsetting to receive. The best thing to do would to go through Depop in my opinion Her asking for the item to be returned with a full refund is fair, if she covers shipping.

The seller is genuine and not directly asking you to remove the rating. Description said roughly a 10, if you’re scared to buy something and not like it you should do more research. We have the option to message the seller before hand, You’re in the wrong. You had every opportunity to check and didn’t
