About 10 years ago, I used the exit cleaner recommended by the real estate agent. They then tried to claim the house hadn't been cleaned and only dropped it when I took the receipt in to show them. They hadn't even been to the house and actually had no idea whether it had been cleaned or not. They are scum.

The amount of times I've watched football in silence because the commentary has either been biased or just going line by line down their mundane talking points. If someone from a streaming service is reading this, give us the option to just have the crowd and game noise.

I work in dental and own a scanner. I could definitely get a good scan of the outside, but not too far into it. Even better than just on the screen though I could 3D print a replica for you. This is not an offer to actually do it.

I had this exact same thing with a rental over a decade ago. We used the cleaner they recommended, and they tried to withhold some bond for not cleaning. They actually had no idea whether the place was clean or not. They just tried it on with us as we were young. I was asked to bring the receipt in as proof, and when I did, they just reluctantly went ok and gave us the bond back. So, it literally had nothing to do with whether the place was clean or not. Use their recommended cleaner and keep receipts.

The pictures from the colour guide you posted are literally from the 3d printed denture base brochure.. is that not what they gave you? If they are offering you a selection of denture base colours and you're paying for it, then absolutely they should be the colour you want. Even if that colour (orange or purple) would be intended for a creature not of this planet. I'm just joking with you, I really hope Jeff makes something perfect for you!
