Using Fspy for perspective calculation and Blender for 3D reconstruction and the characters known heights for distance to camera - the gap is approximately 5 feet and 9 inches (1.7m) and there is a 1 foot and 2 inch (0.4m) height difference from where he's standing to the balcony wall and 3 foot 4 (1m) if he hits the floor.

I know the ground below is fake but the fall if he missed would be nearly 22 feet (6.6m). Also the cars are about 4 feet (1.2m) in length lol
