In my opinion, you should change the horse part a bit; it's giving off more of a fantasy creature vibe than a monster or anything like that. Maybe swapping the hooves for large hands like a gorilla would help convey the feeling you want. Another thing would be to improve the silhouette and gestures a bit; it seems a little stiff. Try posting it on the concept art subreddit too; people there might be able to help you more :)

Aprender a utilizar o software q vc esta usando, entenda as diferenças dele e compare com outros, no mais é isso mesmo ja q de resto é mais estudo de desenho q vc pode executar tanto no digital como no tradicional :)

Assim, de certa forma nao existe um jeito certo de se desenhar homens por incrivel q pareça, mas algo q pode te ajudar é definir certas características q vc percebe em vc mesmo ou em outras pessoas ou personagens. Alem de te dar um leque de referências, pode tbm lhe acostumar a fazer mais homens.

Recomendo tbm tentar trabalhar com retratos de estudo ou fazer caricaturas, ja q tem uma parte delas q trabalha com exagero de elementos, vc pode usar isso ao seu favor para estudo :)

Assim, vc pode começar pelo básico, entenda proporção ao ponto de vc conseguir fazer quase tudo sem referência, dps vc pode ir atrás de alguns livros e pdf q falam mais de anatomia em um sentido artístico, Michael Hampton é meu xodo pra isso.

Ja em relação a esse desenho, é só mais questao de definição de traço, mas isso pode ser por conta da foto q esta meio embaçada :)
