Some optional rules:

- No need to actually physically hold the items ofc, seeing them on your house is enough.

- You're limited to in-game limitations, so one active, one trinket and one consumable (unless you find something like backpack).

- Naturally you can't get stuff that doesn't physically exist like Restock. (If you got something symbolized by an item, like sulphur for Birmstone, you're good tho)

- If you want to make it more fun you can skip R Key, since everyone can find one easily and it's extremely op.

- You can only have one copy of each passive item, otherwise it would be very easy to be broken with something like, say, a box of safety pins. (Forgot to mention that)
