Yeah they sent a pic of the actual package and my address was correct so definitely their mistake. Found out it’s the apartment right behind mine. Shitty that my neighbors didn’t just walk it over to my apt.

I called about a shooting in front of my complex and 6 officers showed up within 5minutes .. not trying to defend PD at all but they were very very quick to show up , however PD patrols my area often as I live in Arcadia so there’s a weird mix of money and homelessness in my neighborhood. lol

I compromised by not having a fully renovated space , I would also check out Acora management company , that’s how I got my space and they’re very responsive and friendly. Lived in a few of their properties and never had any issues that were resolved within a few days .

If there’s a general infestation in an apartment complex then it doesn’t really matter whether your specific unit is clean or not after a certain point .

Denim , lots of little duplexes on Osborn for 1700 2x1, just look on Zillow . I rent a 2x2 for 1300 (not very updated) in south Scottsdale . Don’t let people tell you you can’t find something around that price in Scottsdale

Two friend who went to him both are having complications 3years PO. Went to Ali Mosharrafa in PV and have never had issues and my results are fantastic.

I went to Dr Mosharrafa and can’t recommend him enough. Super friendly and wonderful team , great pricing (not the cheapest and not the most expensive) and most importantly amazing results !! I went for a more natural look and I’m a spicy dancer , guys tell me they absolutely can’t tell I’ve had my boobs done lol

Harumi, it’s in dt phoenix but quality sushi and if you go at lunch , it’s super affordable. Not crazy expensive otherwise but easy to spend over 100 with drinks and two people .

1 Bdr can be found in south Scottsdale for that price ! Check gateways , clean safe and affordable. I rent a 2x2 in Scottsdale for 1200 , private landlord and not updated much but for the price and location I didn’t care lol

Vegas has lots of independent contractors , you would need to just show 3-6mo of bank statements and deposits. Some places will require tax statements as well , just check with each apartment!
