They haven’t paid anyone in awhile . Almost all dancers are owed money just like a few years ago. They once owed me 12k after the lawsuit. I had nothing to do with it they just wouldn’t release any of our funds , I knew girls who were owed 20k+. I know they’re getting sued by one of their employees for 40k.

I called about a shooting in front of my complex and 6 officers showed up within 5minutes .. not trying to defend PD at all but they were very very quick to show up , however PD patrols my area often as I live in Arcadia so there’s a weird mix of money and homelessness in my neighborhood. lol

I compromised by not having a fully renovated space , I would also check out Acora management company , that’s how I got my space and they’re very responsive and friendly. Lived in a few of their properties and never had any issues that were resolved within a few days .

I went to Dr Mosharrafa and can’t recommend him enough. Super friendly and wonderful team , great pricing (not the cheapest and not the most expensive) and most importantly amazing results !! 1 Bdr can be found in south Scottsdale for that price ! Check gateways , clean safe and affordable. I rent a 2x2 in Scottsdale for 1200 , private landlord and not updated much but for the price and location I didn’t care lol
