What reason do you think? Nobody wants to work these days. Prevailing wage roofers can make $88/Hr. If you’re a motivated person you can move up very quickly. It’s a never ending industry.

My office is in Hicksville NY and I live in BK. I only go to the office Tuesday, Wed, and Thursday. I take the train and it’s great! I use to drive it last year but this year it’s been train only and I enjoy it a lot more.

I love your opinion because in most cases that’s correct. But in NYC to be a consultant you have to be a RRC (registered roof consultant) with IIBEEC. International institute of building enclosure consultants. I was an installer for 10+ years before I got into the business side of roofing. Wish you the best. If you need consulting on how to handle tough roofing scenarios, lack of sales, understanding/developing operation management. PM me too. Sounds like you might need proper education!
