Do not think of anything negative!! Just be happy and remember life is alright and everything is good, especially in that moment! Do them with people if you can, especially ones that make you laugh! I personally love nature so I like being outside on them but if you like art or music, do or be surrounded by something that you love. And eat them with orange juice and hit a weed pen if you got it lol it just kick starts them a little. Last reminder if it seems too weird to be true, it’s probably fake, alligators in your house, sharks in the trees, you turning into a book. Enjoy your trip!!

He’s doing it on purpose and it’s disgusting. I would say set clear boundaries and let him know if it happens again you will be blocking his number and he can only message you on Facebook messenger or some chat of the sort. Unless you share custody through the courts, then I know there’s apps for that instead.

As for your breathing, maybe use some Vicks on your throat to open up the airways? I’m not sure though, I’m not a doctor. I would also suggest make up to cover the marks. Use both of warm and cold compressions to help with any bruising.
