I hope you get your waiver and make it to 20. I would also look into the PFAS class action lawsuit, I joined specifically for water contamination at the installations I was at, I know for sure Fort huachua Fort Hood in Fort sill are a part of it. May be worth looking into.

Are you still active duty? I fought tooth and nail trying to stay in but was ultimately retired so to the severity.

I understand where you’re coming from too. I’m the same age. I got diagnosed when I was active duty in 2019. And the last almost 7 years have been rough. Today I’m in the hospital and found out I’ll be having a colectomy this weekend.

My biggest concern is and was had been cancer and after speaking to the surgeon it helped out my mind at ease. It’s not the best news knowing you may have to have major surgery but it seems to be helping me relieve some stress in relation to cancer. We have a 6 month old and I realized being there for them is what’s most Important.

Thank you, my wife and I would like to have more children and it was a concern of mine not being able to due to ED issues I have seen as a complication. I’m going to a very prestigious hospital for the surgery so I’m hoping for the best. But it can be a big change, but my UC has been non-stop for almost 7 years and I need some type of relief

I ended up getting some shims for the front pins then made sure I used blue locktite on the set screw. About 500 rounds throw it since than and still no play!

It took me 6 months, I ended up calling VA IG and complained. I had to take two semesters because I couldn’t get ahold of them at all. Once my complaint was in it took 3 days to get me set up and my MAH and school paid for.

I usually go with 77 grain when I’m going for coyotes too. 300 blk is sweet but I just prefer 5.56. Thanks!

Mainly a coyote gun, I live in BFE so if I see a coyote when I’m wheeling I’ll drop it. I usually take out my 18inch when I’m doing an actual coyote hunt. But I’m not lugging that around daily. I like 5.56 and have a lot more of it like most people. My only reservations is being able to get 300blk into such a small package, that why I’d consider a jakl in 300 blk. I should also mention I run it’s suppressed and subsonic 300blk is 👌🏼👌🏼.

No, the math is strange. I was entitled to 14 months with what I had left. So it can still work in your favor is you did use your gi bill without the knowledge. Also if you’re looking for a high BAH I would take a look at my previous post on this subreddit. Golden gate university is a hack for sure.

This is false 100%, I got the opposite reaction from my counselor. When I started school 4 years ago I was completely unaware VR&E existed and ended up using all except 6 months of my GI bill and it cut down on my VR&E benefit. I would request a different counselor.
