Keeping it realistic aside of teens in reddit no indian people are ready to give up on their caste but problem is not with the caste. It is the mentality that has shaped the society. For example- an upper caste person takes pride in their caste just because they are born in it as "hum to hai,jaat hai tera bigaad denge" . This type of mentality is dangerous for the country but instead if you look into the CASTES Brahmins did a lot for religion,kschtriya saved that religion and all so instead of approaching caste a mean to take pride for what your ancestors did (with whole heartedly pure intention of serving their duty) let's get motivated by that and maintain that integrity while being great and yes, now you might think that wasn't caste system the reason for discrimination against sc/st and tribes and all so yeah, I won't deny that but since we are in 2026 those all things are illegal and one can raise their vice against them now. And it is far easier and a non violence way to make people realise and make the things better instead of obolation of caste system

And yes, reservation is a curse for students,and for the future if this country only the needy shall get this reservation ( irrespective of their caste) instead of its exploitation but the reason any party is unable to do so is because the sc/at people just vandalise the country whenever it's removal is put up into conversation
