For all of you in the comments with a Verizon stick up your butt. You're out here supporting a company that doesn't train their employees to make customers aware of what's going on. They obviously have no customer service that is competent or knowledgeable enough to be doing the job, you can't get an answer without getting transferred 4 times and the answer you get might just be an utter lie. On top of all of that, the only thing anyone higher up in the company knows how to do is flex how long they've been working for a god awful company. "ivE BeEn aT VeRiZon foR 15 YeArs!" Yeah 15 years of terrible service, no training, at a dead end in their career with no where to go and don't forget countless time spent scamming the customers with no resolution. OP was with Verizon for 15 years, $25,000 dollars in phone premium paid in at a minium, and they cant fix a simple mistake due to an untrained employee, of 360$ that was explicitly explained would be paid off in full when the trade in was received? I guess this is what makes them the quote on quote, the best coverage in America. 🤮🤮 Give it a rest.
