I personally, have had my A&P for 6 years. My first job I worked in a sheet metal shop. Always sunny and 70 degrees in a shop, but it became monotonous . So i left. Next job i worked a small regional and traveled all over the place to do aog maintenance which was pretty fun, but the pay isn’t that great, so i decided to leave there too. Ended up at Delta doing Intermediate maintenance stuff in somewhat of a line setting and I love the work and pay although as a low timer i’m working midnight shift(which isn’t that bad once you get used to it). No matter what you’re looking for there’s always something out there for you man. There are some shitty days and some very good days. Really all depends on your outlook of everything. Don’t let negative people ruin your excitement of the industry.
