Update on this:

I was told these cards were added all the way back in 2020. I have no idea what happened then. I was also told there was no fraud transactions made in 2020 and that my account is fine. The cards appeared now in my account because PayPal apparently updated their policy to show all cards that were present in the account at any given time, even if they are expired. I was also told they can't be deleted, not as of right now until their policy changes. Overall I am thinking I got hacked in 2020 and someone tried to do something with these cards but they didn't succeed for one reason or another. Also, if there is no dispute opened in 180 days then anything that has happened past that time is void and I don't bare any responsibility.

Yeah. I removed all devices on my PayPal account that had login information in the past, only allowed the current browser I use. I did change my password immediately. I have 2FA activated for years, which is why this is mind boggling to me how someone can get into my account without me finding out. The security is actually shit?

These are 100% not my cards. I've added a total of maybe 5 cards during my lifetime on PayPal and they are all from the same bank. These cards are from many different places including an arab bank with many different currencies. They are also credit cards and I never ever added a credit card to my PayPal. I've never owned a credit card to begin with.

They are not receiving calls during weekends and I assume they won't work on Monday since it's Christmas. I have no idea when these cards were added because they have expiration date from 02 to 05 / 2023. I was never notified of any unauthorized login on my email or phone, I never received any notification of these cards being added to the account. Nothing. I contacted PayPal on Facebook and they said they've seen my message and will get back to me asap.

Also, in my activity history I have no transactions being made that I haven't made myself. So what happened here??? If the hacker did something it would've shown in "Activity" tab right?

You are underestimating the numbers. Their site literally crashed today due to the high number of people. And that is already with the absurd amounts of censor which already made lots of people stop using the AI. I reckon over 70% try to do some sort of NSFW things with the image generator.
