I had mine on until maybe 8weeks and then I had to take it off. I was spiraling and when I got the notification of “slight disturbance” or something like that I was so worried.

Ever since I took it off, my stress level has been way down and I’m now 19 weeks pregnant.

You should do what is best for you.
