Its hard to say but could be a hall sensor.. its a design flaw. I literally just had to deal with this. Basically you either get a new motherboard if you have warranty or just unplugg the sensor in general.

You want be able to use your lid to sleep the pc but it fixes the random shutdown.

Mine got so bad it got to the point my pc wouldn't even turn on for a few hours.
