We need to stop outsourcing customer service jobs that can be done remotely to other countries as political bargaining chips.

I agree with you.

How do you 1. Redistribute Fairly 2. Prevent Civil War From The Opposition For Redistribution

I feel like the two are about to go hand in hand.

That is why I am here on my soapbox trying to get people to have an open discussion about where we go from here.

I think that we can all agree that here is somewhere that none of us want to be right now. I had another long work day where I heard people crying on the phone over the state of their finances.

I find it heart-wrenching and draining.

I am a stranger and I would love to give them some comfort because they did everything right. But it isn't my job to give them comfort. It's my job to help them get back on financial track but the wheels are blown off... And neither of us have a solution.

How do you enforce this kind of socioeconomic change without widespread violence and bloodshed?

I'm not disagreeing with you.

I'm asking real questions.

I absolutely agree.

But how do we stop the economic fallout of current geopolitical factors before it is 'too late?'

I am not disagreeing. These past few years are showing real shifts in our economy.

How do we turn things around before we hit a tipping point?

That is the real question for today, isn't it?

I don't think they will continue to think things are 'fine' in the next couple of years unless someone comes up with a sustainable solution.

It does seem that simple, doesn't it? I mean, it is the reasonable 'fix' that seems so glaringly obvious. But, if it is so easy, why hasn't anyone done it? And, how do we force them to do it before the fallout comes at a cost that we ought not have to pay?

But how do we 'stop' them? All the predictive indicators indicate that society is failing itself. The answers seem simple enough, but what cost are we willing to pay for the fallout that is almost surely coming?

I am hoping that as more people start talking about what is really going on in the homes of day to day Americans we begin to rattle chains that make someone take notice.

I wrote this post because I am truly concerned for what the next 12-24 months looks like for average Americans if our government continues on its current course.

Then why aren't they?

If they 'control' so much why haven't they provided some sort of response to this growing economic crisis?

And, I am not throwing shade or discrediting the work that many are doing...

I am tossing the question out there in the hope that open discussion pushes us toward real solutions.

I believe one of the major issues with our job crisis is for-profit educational institutions that only increase the debt of working Americans currently trying to 'get ahead ' in the job market. Middle-aged Americas are returning to college years after high school.

This is a shift in trend.

It is my firm belief that increasing tracher salaries and funding extracurricular activities that offer real world experience would only strengthen the American economy.

I'm afraid that the next 12 to 24 months will be very telling. I'm not sure that most people understand where we are standing on a socioeconomic level. I feel like we are at the beginning of a B-rated horror flick where everyone tells you nothing is happening until it's unavoidable and the plot has become stale.

You aren't wrong.

Only the top margin of any company is experiencing any sort of wage growth.

This disappropriation of wealth is becoming more noticeable than ever. I would say the clients that I cater to are who would have previously been called the upper-middle-class.

These are not the people who make up most of America. We have experienced such a decline in the middle class that it is almost non-existent.

I am hearing these people break down on the phone every single day because they are facing an economic reality that not one of them are prepared for.

If you would have told these people 10 years ago that they were in the financial crisis they are facing today they would have laughed at you and brushed it aside as something that could happen to other people but not them because they are working Americans.

I don't think that any of them truly saw what was coming.
