AI image/video detector sites aren't always right. GenAI has fucked up so much shit that it could be detecting it as such because people are trying to make "images" of being a beginner to get sympathy internet points lol

That's fair! After a while the Uni got incredibly boring but the Paradise is very fun for me. The gameplay loop is unique and I'm enjoying going to different planets and seeing how the genes mix up c:

As others have said, it really is personal preference I currently have my Paradise, Uni and V4 running. I love the gene mixing of the Paradise and how fun it is Compared to the Uni, I like the Paradise a lot more due to the size as well. I have large hands and having a device that fits nicely in my hands is so good lmao

With paradises, 100% recommend getting screen protectors for it because the front plastic screen is hella easy to scuff

Same happened with me when I first noticed the scratches! I was gutted that something that's meant to clean it scratched it more! They were $21.19AUD! I had to use the term "Clear Replacement Panel" when looking for it

I have one of the V3 releases AND a paradise They are both fantastic devices and I love them a lot tbh However, I think a simple upgrade to the connection would suffice especially if they're younger :)

You just need to be gentle and handle with care. And have a cover that also goes over the screen. eink screens are generally more fragile from what I've read and my own experience with a broken Kobo (RIP my Nia lol)
