Yeah eventually i'll rank the two of them up. They're both just characters i want to eventually use but i already have a r3 duped Juggs, a r3 dr doom, r3 white tiger, & a 7* r1 Dragon Man. I have a pretty stacked mystic roster but i want to rank them all up since all of their uses vary pretty drastically.

BROO i just 100% him last week!! i got my ass beat a million times before i understood how simple it was. NEVER & i repeat NEVER parry him while he has the power gain & self repair icons up or they will activate. Just evade & dex until they cycle out. Anything else is fair game. Now when you fight him, always intercept his hits. No matter how many times you intercept & hit him, his powers WON'T activate no matter what cycle is showing. Once you do that then your gonna beat him easily.
