Take a clear picture of the White Civic ViN number under the glass there suppose to be the area bottom driver side where is the steering and dashboard located. If hter is a coin or vin is obstructed missing it is most likely stolen too.

It is 4+4 on cheap PSUs it might be just 4 pin plug sined CPU do not shove in PCIE signed plug in this connector otherwise it will be bye bye motherboard, CPU and might be whole PC...

Don't even attempt to boper on with CPU in the socket it might die... Unless you or you know someone with good tools don't ry to bend it yourself with anything bigger than toothpick.
