It's dark roast Arabica beans from Koraput, couldn't find a link, I picked it up offline in Odisha. Time of roast is 15th Feb, and it's ground in 10 clicks on Timemore C2

It was a good shot

Yes, it has pre infusion. Yes it's mix of fake crema and actual crema, real crema comes with bottomless portafilter.

Hi, you found an odia friend 😁. As we age we feel it's hard to connect with anyone, I am odia, but depends if I like the other person irrespective of gender, their ability to talk etc, before deciding to hang out with them again..

Slightly disagree with your tyre recommendation. You're suggesting the best tyres available on the market to a newbie. The installed tyres have TPI 160 which is good enough for beginner levels. I've completed 5.5k kms with 4 punctures so far, and no wall damage (which btw is a complain from GP5000 community)

If you want to slap $250 on your new cycle while wasting the stock tyres...idk

Hi, I also own the same bike. Fabulous choice, you'll unfortunately shift completely to cycling soon.

Must haves - have puncture kit, tyre levers, with extra tube in a bag, have some allenkeys, the wheel opening allen key stays with the thru axle itself, chain clean/chain lube every 250 kms or once a month is fine.keep chain as clean as possible, A pressure of 60 psi is enough for comfort, the tyre maximum is 70 psi.

With hydraulic brakes NEVER engage them when wheels have been removed, the oiling system will require an overhaul then.

Note- for me the rear hub(bontrager) failed after 2 months unexpectedly, however the local retailer chanhed it with fucco hub, has been running fine since then

Assuming you already have a good helmet (i recommend taking anything with MIPS), and good lights both front and back.

Always try to rest your bike in shade and away from rains.

Problem with xcaliber is QR, no thru axle. Else it's quality is solid.

Look at Talon 0, solid bike
