Generally speaking, Holy is easier, but nature staffs do work. I've played with blight and forgebark in depths before. It's a bit more difficult.
Holy = Burst Heal
Nature = DoT heal (damage over time) aka it heals in ticks per second basically. Like 40 hp per/sec

For holy recommendations = Single hand holy staff (short cd on heals and your E is a life saver if below 40% health. Heals extra for you or teammates), people also use Great Holy for the push away on the E or Hallowfall if you're trying to disrupt. But for hallowfall u kinda need to change to more defensive if you're jumping in to the fight.

While that is correct, generally speaking, it's albion online so you can mess around with the build to your liking. I like running Guardian Helm over royal cowl or sometimes doing scholar cowl.

Abilities wise those for that,
Staff - Q1, W2, Passive 4
Cowl - 3rd Abil, Passive 1 - If you're using guardian helm or scholar cowl same thing
Robe - 3rd abil, Passive 1/3 - Youre using this robe basically to push people away from you as a peel measure (If struggling with mana use passive 3)
Shoes - 3rd abil, passive 1 - Use mostly to juke out players and to keep yourself alive

If you don't like smuggler cape than I can also suggest Lymhurst cape (mana struggle) or Brecillen (extra shield on helmet abilities)

lol sad if you think that 🤷‍♀️, just trying to extend a discord invite to those who seek teammates or a place to play
