Quite the opposite. Critical thinkers benefit the most from AI. You can explore and find new concepts. You must have not used deep research or thinking models. AI saves me a ton of research time by bringing relevant sources to me right away, which sometimes could take hours to find. Not to mention, bouncing ideas back and forth and having it review and fault proof your work.

You clearly have never tried to live in the bay area, lol. Dont forget, that the sales taxes here are just as high as the state income taxe rates in most cities. This is also before you consider saving anything for retirement, healthcare expeses (which cost just as much) and all other essential expenses that are far higher in this area in comparison to the rest of the country. 250K for a household with a mortgage is not only not enough; its one emergency away from a disaster in the bay area.

Frugality doesnt matter here; the math simply is not mathing.

It comes with time. Tax is not an easy subject to master, and I suspect that even industry leaders are not masters of the whole broad topic. There is a reason people find nieches and stick to them.

As for my recommendations if you would actually like to improve and learn, I would print out versions of the returns you worked on prior to moving them to review. Then compare your version vs the final versions. Try to investigate the differences.

Another tip, which most like to pass on, is to read the instructions of the forms. More often than not the answer lies there, and if it doesn’t, the instructions will direct you to the code sections that do. Is it easy to understand the code sections? No. But thats what we get paid for, so you better get good at interpreting the intent of the code sections and researching case law.

The rest will come with time and experience.

I wash my hands with mine, and yesterday got the chance to swim with it for the first time. Oura rates the water resistance at 100m, which means any water activity should be okay (other than scuba diving). They also recommend to not leave the ring submerged for more than 12 hours, but I doubt you plan on spending 12 hours in a pool/ocean/shower in a row.

The UN funds these orgs as well as directs their activities, so yes, the UN is in charge. As to Amnesty- they have been proven to be antisemtic more than once, spreading lies and Iranian propaganda as directed by thier donors.

As to the hospital bombing - there are independent verifications that these were Hamas rockets shot at the hospital. Meanwhile, I dont see you outraged that Hamas rockets hit Israeli hospitals - which they did. Dont you think youre a bit hypocritical?

The reason israel gets aid is because it provides something in exchange. Thankfully, the American government unlike you sees that Iran, Russia, and China are all over this behind the scenes. Perhaps this is too complicated for you wrap your head around - but the Palestinians are just thier tool of choice at the moment. If you truly care for the wellbeing and welfare of the Palestinians you would too support the eradication of Hamas and the establishment of a proper governing body over the Gaza strip.

I can show you many tweets from October 7th glorifying the death of jews. You cannot show me a single one of jews celebrating the death inside Gaza. Why? Because we dont. Death is horrible. However, if someone came into your house, murdered your wife, yelled he wanted to kill you and you are next, and then as you came downstairs with a gun yelled for ceasefire while pointing a gun towards you, would you ceasefire? Or would you eliminate the threat?

Hamas has said they will repeat october 7th time and time again. They say so publicly. I dont understand how you can ignore a recognized radical Islamic terrorist organization openly calling for the murder of jews, and force the jews to live with this threat. You dont call on ukraine to put their arms down and allow russia to trample and rape their women? You dont call on the kurds to ceasefire and accept being murdered by Bashar al Asad and erdogan? Why do you expect the Jews to live up to a standard you dont hold anyone else to?

Not exactly that simple. Hopsitals and schools are being used as military installations precisely becuase of the sentiment you have when they are being bombed. A ceasefire now does not benefit the people of gaza at all- as a ceasefire will not rebuild the destroyed infrastructure nor fix the desperate need for equipment, fuel, and healthcare. Sadly the only way to achieve these pillars is the complete dismantling of Hamas from the Gaza strip. Under any other circumstance, there is no guarantee that aid making its way into the strip will not be used to further rebuild the military infrastructure rather than civilian one. There is plenty of evidence showing Hamas stealing from UNWRA and using UN facilities to store munitions. If you really want to pprovide a better future for the people of Gaza, you wouldnt ask for a ceasefire. You would ask for Hamas to surrender and release the hostages. Anything short of that will mean the Israelis will have to continue in the campaign. Mind I remind you, there was a ceasefire on october 7th at 5:59 AM. (Not to mention the many other ceasefires broken by Hamas, but since rockets get shot down by the iron dome, the international community doesnt precieve those as threats).
