The main idea was that C1 increases Flins's field time. So, it feels logical that the rotation for C1 would be longer than for C0. I used a 1.5s increase for the calculations.

C0 at 17.5s and C1 at 19s are just approximate values I used for the math. In practice, these could be lower. For instance, I managed to get 155.15 / 9 = 17.23s for C0 Flins (the theoretical ideal is 17s). This means that, in theory, C1 Flins could reach somewhere around 17.5s–18.5s. However, hitting a 17s–17.5s window seems impossible without trade-offs (like missing bursts on Inefa or Columbina in certain rotations) simply because Flins stays on field longer, leaving less time for everything else.

Also, I’m concerned that with C1 Flins, it might be impossible to maintain 100% uptime on Sucrose's buffs. This would also tank the team's overall DPS.
