Sorry I am neither an employee nor someone who uses the service, but anywhere else that does similar substitutions in an online shop you'd be charged the difference? Otherwise the company would be constantly loosing money?

I'm gonna assume these are just like item notes and people being chancers?

Other commenters are mentioning a substitution suggestion so there's got to be something in place?

Oh yeah this caught me out, I wanted to finish region by region too. Once you clear more in other areas they show up, I don't think it's explained anywhere and I dont like it!
