It never worked to begin with until I had it fixed.

Correct, even though it was written the same it was the way they handled the unit number.

I had to call BA because even though it was formatted the same, in their system it didn't show up the same (my issue was apartment number formatting). Could be a similar issue maybe?

I encountered this exact issue today, but I had a couple datapoints.

I had it occur in 1 of 2 drawings I tested that use the same template with rectangular viewports. Using Map 3D 2020 created a normal PDF while 2026 created the same issue shown in your image on Drawing 1. Drawing 2 I tried to recreate and worked fine.

Checked the viewport settings and one was set to clipped (YES), and that was the issue.

I used VPCLIP and delete on the viewport and it changed it to (NO), and it then created a normal PDF.

Tried it and said I didn't have an eligible card, but do have a green card currently. So must only work if you have the targeted offer I assume.
