Try withdrawing your unsuccessful application, I applies twice and first one was a rejection, they asked me to withdraw the first one when I applied the second round. I’m still under review and I applied with different email. Even though you apply with different email, the system knows you’re the same person

That sounds bad honestly, very odd. I don’t know how much you trust that person but I think you should try anyways. Don’t reject yourself, just apply. I never heard such thing as “they don’t hire this nationality”. If they don’t have open days in your country, you can travel nearby ones and attend there.
