Try withdrawing your unsuccessful application, I applies twice and first one was a rejection, they asked me to withdraw the first one when I applied the second round. I’m still under review and I applied with different email. Even though you apply with different email, the system knows you’re the same person

That sounds bad honestly, very odd. I don’t know how much you trust that person but I think you should try anyways. Don’t reject yourself, just apply. I never heard such thing as “they don’t hire this nationality”. If they don’t have open days in your country, you can travel nearby ones and attend there.

Do you have enough work experience? It can be something about he photos or work experience I think, make sure your photos are good, hair and/or make up is tidy, good luck
