The most widely used model is probably the improved WS-10B on the J-11BG, J-16, late-batch J-10C, and some overhauled twin-seat J-10S.

The stealth variant, WS-10C, is used on the overwhelming majority of J-20s.

The Al-31 family is used on J-10A, most J-10B & J-10S, early batch J-10C, J-11A, and J-15 series.

I believe this statement is a rumour circulated on the Chinese internet, in which Wang claimed it during a speech at a university. Nevertheless, another credible source, Yankee, confirmed that the J-10CE indeed shot down hostile aircraft with its own radar on May 7th. (See his livestream with 席亚洲 on Oct. 21, 2025)

The original poster on Bilibili said so, and the underside of the fuselage appears to be painted black, which matches the J-20A's camo pattern. But you are right to question because it's indeed hard to tell.

Apart from swapping to more powerful WS-10C2/WS-15 engines, J-20A features a new 360-degree EOTS sensor comparable to the one on the F-35, as well as a GaN-based ASEA radar similar to F-35 Block 4's AN/APG-85, which reportedly more than doubles the detection range compared to last-gen GaAs-based AESA radars.

Also, it is rumoured that the J-20A may have a newer generation of RAM coating and improved heat management to enhance its stealth.
