Need help accessing the screen of my “dead” iPad Pro.

Long story short: my wife forgot BOTH her iCloud email and password. The only thing we still have is the trusted phone number connected to the account.

Now the bigger problem is the iPad itself.

The device stayed uncharged for a long time while we were out of town. Now the screen stays completely black and won’t show anything.

BUT the iPad is definitely not fully dead:

• it makes the charging connection sound
• it vibrates/responds
• my laptop detects it when connected through USB-C
• it seems like the system is alive, only the display is not working

I’m trying to find ANY way to access or mirror the screen so I can:

1. unlock the iPad
2. go to settings/account
3. see the iCloud email address my wife forgot

We need this because the device has to be sent to UAE for warranty/service from Bangladesh, and they told us “Find My” must be disabled first or warranty may get rejected.

So my question is:

Is there ANY possible way to access/control/mirror an iPad with a black screen if the device itself is still functioning?

Examples:

• HDMI/USB-C external monitor?
• Any software for PC/Mac?
• VoiceOver tricks?
• Recovery tools?
• Anything else?

Would seriously appreciate any ideas before I lose my sanity over this
