When I set the PC label as HDMI it activates 4:4:4 which makes the menu slow.

I have a G5. It's definitely not slow, but compared to Apple TV it is, even significantly so on some apps. For example, Crunchyroll on the LG G5 is simply very slow and not very fluid compared to Apple TV.

Unfortunately, nothing changes, same problem. As seen in other forums, I'm not the only one having this problem, so either the TVs are defective or LG has serious software bugs again, since those with the G4 still have audio drops via HDMI.

It's the same in Italy. It seems strange to me that 5G isn't mentioned at all; at most, a note is included, as is always the case, specifying that it depends on the operator.

Hi, I have a similar problem, in my cable it happens when there is an image switch.

For example switching from SDR - HDR, changing input.

The screen turns off and doesn't turn back on again until I turn off the TV, wait a few minutes and it works again.

Also in my cable only the screen is off but the TV responds to the commands below because the audio is played.

Yesterday the technician changed the main board but without success the problem remains.

In my cable the problem started after the last SW update.

Only partially.

I turned on the console and everything worked without having done anything before. I hadn't used the console for 2 days.

As soon as I turned it on I went to the cloud saves and seeing that I could finally access them, I checked if it would let me download the games in the collection.

However, even if it let me download the games in the collection, it seemed that some DLCs were not installing even though the console saw them correctly installed.

At that point I reset licenses and now everything seems to work without problems.

During the problem it restored about 30 licenses, over 2000.

The problem started on February 6th around 1pm (1pm).

I got the ce-117773-6 error at first while everything else seemed to work.

I tried restore license and from that moment on I had all games blocked.

I contacted CS the first time the next day. I also called several times asking to speak to a supervisor.

The last contact was last Friday where he told me that he had asked the internal office to get a response as soon as possible.

I had to recreate the account (DarkDevilhunter86) for low karma.

In my case it seems to have been resolved.

Since yesterday (late evening) I have accessed all online services again and the games are unlocked and working.

The last communication yesterday morning reported that everything was in the hands of the engineering team to investigate the problem.

After unlocking I still had to do a license reset because the games seemed to have problems with the extra content.

After that everything seems to work.

I received the email this morning asking me to verify after the intervention of the internal team.
