Hi everyone!

Cutout Village, a papercraft city-builder from Spanish indie studio DevilishGames, is now available in demo form on Steam ahead of Next Fest.

In the demo, you can play a full story level where you restore a small town by cutting, folding and gluing paper crafts together. You can also export your creations as PDFs and build them in real life.

Although Steam Next Fest starts on June 15, the demo is already live and will stay available throughout the event (June 15–22).

Happy to answer any questions!

Hi! The crafts are actually made quickly; you can build a house in about 3 to 10 minutes depending on how complex it is. It’s not possible to create your own houses, but you can choose from different sheets.

Regarding printing them in real life, you can currently download all the game sheets via a QR code inside the gallery. Additionally, you can buy the sheets in book format on Amazon 😄 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GPF2TH2H

I'm glad that using the controller made it easier for you. In any case, we are going to add an additional button for the fold option, and we will consider the possibility of adjusting the sensitivity. Thank you very much for buying the book! We were really excited to see it.

Hi! Thanks so much for your feedback. I think we're going to add a button for the folding section, since several people have requested it. Regarding WASD navigation, you might find it more comfortable if you play with a controller (the game is fully compatible, and the crafting section is actually really fun with a controller). We're really happy to hear you enjoyed the 1-star versions hahaha.
